DESIGN: THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF INNOVATION

Our designers and CNC programmers work consistently with the greatest attention to detail on translating ideas into customised series manufacturing solutions using 3D CAD systems and ultra-modern software at our thirty CAD/CAM workplaces. Our service includes the use of mould flow analysis to calculate cooling; we also analyse warpage, shrinkage and cycle times and provide product design support in the field of IMD/IML technology – always searching for the most efficient solution for our partners.

 

MANUFACTURE: QUALITY, PRECISION AND AN EXCELLENT DEGREE OF REPRODUCIBILITY

The most advanced manufacturing techniques, such as the rapid prototyping process and 3D printing combined with sophisticated production sequences result in excellent levels of performance and efficiency and thus in considerable added value for our partners. Thanks to our ultra-modern machinery, manual work is reduced to a minimum, thus ensuring consistently high quality and a very high degree of reproducibility. Our fully-automated milling line and our use of the latest excellent erosion and grinding technology mean that our mould and tooling solutions have short throughput times and an extremely high level of dimensional accuracy. Our operation of a 24/7 shift system makes for very short delivery and response times.

Once all of the individual parts have been manufactured, tested and measured, our assembly specialists combine them into high-quality, precise and reliable tooling solutions – with total weights of up to 16 tonnes and plate sizes of up to 2,000 millimetres.

From the initial functional tests to the design qualification phase and representation of a process ready for series production, we will make the tooling solutions developed for our partners fit for everyday operation on your site, which means that tool optimisation must be undertaken with great precision. Of course, it sometimes takes a few attempts to get everything absolutely spot on, but we pride ourselves on supplying a solution which is ready for use in series production with no delays or idle times.
