As a new-tool maker, Roth always supplies tools and moulds ready for serial production. This principle has won recognition among our customers, who can work efficiently from day one. “Make it once, make it right” is our motto, and our business partners clearly feel that.
This is made possible by our state-of-the-art technical centre, in which we test, break in and perfect out tool and mould solutions under production conditions.
The industrialisation of the tool starts with an initial function test and goes through the qualification phase to the mapping of the process of serial production. This is the perfect prerequisite for a smooth and rapid start of production at the client’s. A Roth tool specialist will help with the commissioning upon request.

As well as the state-of-the-art sampling areas automotive and household appliance industry, the Roth technical centre now has a tool and process validation area for the qualifying and breaking-in of tools and moulds for our customers in food packaging, pharmaceutical and medical engineering. Two new high-speed machines are working in our equipment pool for this purpose.

- Injection moulding machines from 110 to 1,300 tonnes all with 3K equipment
- Rotary table and index drive on all machines
- KUKA 6-axis robots installed on all machines
- Storing positions for up to 5 customer machines incl. automation
- 2 Netstal high-speed injection moulding machines
