Our location in the centre of Germany is logistically convenient for our customers. For young people, admittedly, Auma-Weidatal isn’t that sexy. We can’t offer the pulsating life of larger towns. This sometimes makes the search for trainees difficult. For young people to decide to train with Roth, therefore, we have to offer them further incentives in addition to optimal training for a future profession.

So we have developed a programme that rests on three fundamental pillars:

Shaping the future
Roth guarantees to recruit trainees when they successfully complete the training and offers individual opportunities for further training – according to the preferences and abilities of the trainees. Thus they can acquire further qualifications in the areas of construction or programming or start a dual training.

Developing skills
Plenty of space is accorded to training at Roth. We have our own training workshop and a high-performance lathe that is only used for training purposes.

Despite globalisation and open borders, young people’s social relationships continue to be of supreme importance to them. For this reason we support them with our own mobility concept. As well as a monthly petrol voucher for all trainees, we provide as required several trainee flats.
