Company roth has got a new staff: our new rapid heat and cool device by company Wenz! It consists of a switching device with a power of 43,5 kW and a Regloplas P200XL high pressure heater.

With this system we accomplish even better results in 1C and 2C IMD/IML foil coating because of optimization of  injection process and reducing cycle times. By means of integrated direct cooling the fast change between heat and chill phases is possible. Weld lines will be avoided and a surface quality up to piano black finish can be obtained.
