In-house tryout center
Looking for a new tool that functions smoothly and works most effective from day one? Because of our in-house tryout center this becomes reality! From the first functional testing through the qualification phase to the mapping of a series-production process, we create tool solutions fit for everyday operation at our partners’ plant.
Next to the mold qualification and small-batch production we posses the necessary space to take your injection molding machine into our tryout center. Thus, we are able to drive your mold or tool directly in on your machine.

- Sampling and optimization of tools for reusable packaging and logistics containers
- 4 fully hydraulic CX- or MX-series machines by KraussMaffei
- Clamping force range 110 to 1,300 tonnes
- Multicomponent equipment on all machines up to 3K
- KUKA 6-axis robots on all machines for fully automatic part removal
- Optional: storing positions for up to 3 optionally inclusive automation at our tryout center
Tryout Center for thin-wall
- Specifically for applications in the thin-wall and in-mold-labelling sector
- 2 high-speed machines: Netstal EVOS 3500 and EVOS 5500 (350- and 550-tonne clamping force)
- In-house development by roth: modular IML automation
- Highlight: sampling including labelling in cycle time close to series production
- Multicomponent equipment on both machines for 2K applications
- Sampling of stack molds
- Preparation of ICM (injection compression molding)
